Initially, he was asked for six years for managing crypto exchanges without a license, but the court sentenced him to two. According to «Base», representatives of the businessman tried to challenge the verdict, but were refused. According to UAE laws, borders will be closed to Nazaryan until he pays off a fine of almost 4 billion rubles. The trader himself admits that he has already spent all his assets and is now selling property and cars to pay off his debts. Back in 2022, the businessman went bankrupt and then closed his Bistox exchange, because of which he received a prison sentence.
